Frequently asked questions.
what is life & death doula support?
Life & Death Doula support is compassionate, non-medical guidance for individuals and families during major life transitions. At the end of life, this means creating space for meaningful conversations, easing fears, supporting practical planning, and facilitating legacy work or rituals. It’s about walking beside you and your loved ones so the experience of dying, and of living, feels more grounded, human, and whole.
How does Life Transitions Consulting work?
Life Transitions Consulting is designed for professionals, leaders, and high achievers who find themselves burned out, restless, or searching for deeper meaning. In our sessions, I combine neuroscience, somatic practices, and narrative coaching to help you reconnect to your values, clarify your direction, and build resilience. The process is supportive, practical, and tailored to guide you through change with clarity and authenticity.
do you offer grief support?
Yes. Grief is not something to “get over” but something to move through with care. I provide grief support that acknowledges the emotional, psychological, and even spiritual dimensions of loss. Together we create safe space for your experience, explore tools that help you process emotions, and support you in finding meaning and connection after loss, whether recent or long-standing.
What are organizational workshops about?
My organizational workshops focus on burnout, leadership authenticity, and cultural safety. These sessions are not lectures but interactive, reflective spaces where leaders and teams can address stress, improve wellbeing, and reconnect to authenticity. By integrating neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and dialogue, organizations leave with both practical strategies and a renewed sense of purpose and resilience.
Who benefits from your services?
I support executives, professionals, and families who are navigating transition, burnout, or end of life. My services also extend to organizations seeking healthier workplace cultures. If you feel disconnected from meaning, overwhelmed by change, or are preparing for or grieving a loss, this work can help you find clarity, grounding, and compassion.
Do you work virtually or only in Powell River?
